The i1iSis 2 is compatible with the latest ISO standards for measurements under "M" lighting conditions:

• M0 (no filter) where there is no fluorescence in the substrate or in the dyes that form the image.
• M1 for correct measurement of substrates with optical brightening agents (OBA).
• M2 where fluorescence effect must be removed from measurement data.
